IXM Print Formats
Format1 is right-justified column with Courier font.   Format2 is the run-on format with Times Roman font.
IXM allows 1-5 columns for print formats, or, if you send your formatted index to
your word-processing program, you're limited only by the column formatting options
of that program (much more flexible).
